You can arrive from 4pm.
Guests must depart before 10am

Bringing your dog

Dogs are welcome with you on your stay, provided they are well behaved, there is an additional cost for each dog. Sorry but we don't allow puppies. We have lots of space and local walking options for your dogs as well as a fenced off area for them to be safe off lead.

Please clear up after your dog so that the area is kept clean for other guests.

Shopping deliveries

You are able to order groceries to be delivered to your accommodation while you are staying with us. Please ensure that any deliveries arrive after 5pm on your first day to avoid any issues.

You can order groceries from Waitrose, Tesco, Morrisons and ASDA (postcode LL23 7DW)

Charging your EV

We have 2 EV charging points (Type 2) available for use.

Bus Time Table

There are bus stops just outside of the property. The buses run between Wrexham and Barmouth (T3)

There is a lockable store where you can store your bikes and kayaks during your stay.

General directions from the North
- Follow the M56 south onto the A55 until exit 35
- Follow the A5104 until the junction with the A5, turning right at the traffic lights.
- At the next lights take the A494 (left) and continue towards Bala
- Pen Isa'r Llan is located on the right around 1mile from Bala. There is a series of sharp bends followed by a long straight downhill section on the approach (after Sarnau)
- Look out for the village name Llanfor

General directions from the South (avoiding Mountain Roads)
- Follow the M6, M55 and A5 towards Shrewsbury, then Chirk and Llangollen
- Take the A494 after Corwen and continue towards Bala
- Pen Isa'r Llan is located on the right around 1mile from Bala. There is a series of sharp bends followed by a long straight downhill section on the approach (after Sarnau)
- Look out for the village name Llanfor
